Delete your account

1. Open the LongStock app, or go to h5.longstock.com in a browser, and sign in.
2. On the Home screen, tap the menu at the top left, then tap your email address at the top of the menu.
3. Tap Delete account. For your safety you may be asked to sign in again.
4. Read what is erased and what is kept, tick the box, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

• Withdraw your balance, and cancel your open orders and close your open positions. The app checks this and tells you what is left.
• Deleting cannot be undone, and the same email address cannot be used to open a new account.

Your email address, name, phone number and identity details, your sign-in details and sign-in history, your saved devices and your watchlist.

• Your trade, order, deposit and withdrawal records and a security log of account actions: kept for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
• A one-way code made from your email address, so that the same address cannot open a new account. The code cannot be turned back into the address.
• Turnkey, our wallet provider, keeps your wallet and the email linked to it under its own privacy policy; we do not delete those.
• Server logs are deleted automatically, normally within 60 days.
