Privacy Policy

• Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. We create an account ID for you.
• Trading and wallet records: your orders, trades, positions, balances, deposits, withdrawals and the wallet addresses you use.
• Your watchlist and searches: the symbols you save, and the words you type into symbol search.
• Technical data: our servers log each request (IP address, device type, the page or feature used, and your account ID when you are signed in), and we keep the IP address and device type of each sign-in to protect your account.
• Camera: used only to read wallet QR codes. The picture stays on your phone.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, phone number or identity documents, and we do not show ads.

To run your account and carry out your orders and transfers; to keep accounts secure and prevent fraud; to meet legal and regulatory duties; and to find and fix faults.

Turnkey (sign-in and wallet signing), Google (Google sign-in, and the ML Kit QR-code reader, which sends Google device information, an install ID and performance data for its own diagnostics), Amazon Web Services (email delivery and hosting) and public blockchains (transfers you make are recorded on them, as all such transfers are). They process data for us under their own security terms. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

All data is sent over encrypted connections.

While your account is open. When you delete your account we erase at once your email address, name, phone number and identity details, your sign-in details and sign-in history, your saved devices and your watchlist. We keep your trade, order, deposit and withdrawal records and a security log of account actions for as long as the law requires, then delete them.

So that the same email cannot open a new account, we keep a one-way code made from it; the code cannot be turned back into the address. Turnkey, our wallet provider, keeps your wallet and the email linked to it under its own privacy policy; we do not delete those. Server logs are deleted automatically, normally within 60 days.

In the app, or on the website at h5.longstock.com: on the Home screen tap the menu at the top left, tap your email address at the top of the menu, then tap Delete account. It cannot be undone. Withdraw your balance and close your orders and positions first; the app tells you if anything is left.
